Jilliann is an ASFA certified Boot Camp and Group Fitness instructor.
She enjoys working out and is studying Nutrition at Auburn University, so she is all about making healthy choices through diet and exercise.
She likes to change it up, and make her workout routines fun by incorporating good music, and using focused exercise methods and aerobic activity. She wants to help you love it too.
